8 Days Trekking and Camping at Wli waterfalls

Day 01: Arrival at Kotoka International Airport (KIA) Accra.

Day 02: Drive to Wli 5 hrs. You get pickup from your hotel in the morning at 8:00 am by a tour bus to Wli in the Volta region.

Day 03: Hiking begins, 4 hrs. We trek from the entrance of the Agumatsa forest to the upper falls about 700m and camp over the night.

Day 04: Trekking and overnight excursions around the Wli upper falls

Day 05: Trek to the lower falls, 3 hrs. Camp overnight.

Day 06: Early morning climb to mount Afadjato 885m and back down. Bus ride back to camping site at Wli waterfalls.

Day 07: Bus trip to Tafi Atome monkey sanctuary, 3 hrs. And from the monkey sanctuary to back to Accra, the hotel you stay in the capital.

Day 08: Bus trip within Accra for visiting the most beautiful beaches and an excursion within the city and shopping.

Day 09: Departure

  • All ground transports by private vehicle as per itinerary required.
