Additional Information
If you arrive at Kathmandu early then same day can drive to Manthali for Lukla flight next day because normally trekkers used to wake up at night about 2/3am and drive to Manthali 4 hours then take a flight to Lukla. But I proposal is better sleep one night before fly to Lukla. It means, you do not need to drive at ealy morning (night) for Manthali. There is no direct flight to Lukla from Kathmandu.
