Bethlehem is the city where Jesus and King David were born. It is one of the most holliest towns for Christians, and every year at Christmas tens of thousands of people make the pilgrimage to Bethlehem. Jews also consider it a very holy city because it is said that King David was crowned here King of Israel. The Church of Nativity was first completed in 339 A.D., it has been destroyed, rebuilt, and added on to many times throughout history.
At 08:00 a.m. we will pick you up from your hotel.
We will drive to Bethlehem via the Nativity Circle, visit the cave where Jesus was born and the Manger Square, where Jesus was placed after his birth.
We will also visit the Greek and Catholic Church, and the Milk Grotto, where Mary fed her son.
Over view the Sheppard Fields and visit the church.
Return to Jerusalem.
