Tanzania Wild life experience

Day 1 (Arusha – Tarangire)
You will arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport where you met your 4x4 vehicle. And drive to Serengeti National Park which is unequalled for its beauty and scientific value and has come to symbolize the classic African Safari. The vast, endless grass plains are among the richest grazing grounds in Africa, making it home to some of the largest herds on the planet. With more than 2 million wildebeest, Thomson’s gazelle, zebra to name but a few, the wildlife population of this park is simply staggering. Throughout the year, the huge wildebeest and zebra herds move in a clockwise direction around the plains, searching for fresh grazing grounds. You will enjoy lunch en-route, dinner and overnight at Serengeti Kati Kati Camp.

Day 2 (Serengeti Full Day)
Today you will enjoy a full day of game driving in the Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular National Park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a 7th world wide wonder, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa. As the sun rises on the Serengeti Plains you will enjoy breakfast while anticipating the wondrous sites that are in store for the day. The day will be spent enjoying a game drive exploring the vast plains and woodlands of the Park. Expect to spot a large variety of wildlife including zebra, wildebeest, lion, giraffe, dik dik, impala, gazelle, buffalo and hippo it is not uncommon to encounter an elusive leopard, playful lion cubs or friendly and inquisitive elephants. Lunch can be packed and taken with you, or you can opt to have a hot lunch prepared for you back at camp. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Kati Kati Camp

Day 3 (Serengeti Full Day)
Rise early to enjoy an early morning game drive in the Serengeti. The early morning sunlight provides ideal photographic opportunities to capture the vast beauty of this pristine landscape. The night’s predators may still be on their last prowl before retiring to rest and recharge before their next nights hunt. Be on the lookout for lion, cheetah, hyena, leopard as well as herds of zebra, elephant and giraffe. Picnic Lunch on the way, return to your accommodation at Serengeti Kati Kati Camp.

Day 4 (Serengeti – Masai Boma Trip)
We will depart early in the morning and drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views as we drive around the Ngorongoro Crater rim while game viewing towards the endless plains of the Serengeti. We will stop at Olduvai Gorge, site of Louis and Mark Leakey’s famous discoveries of man’s ancient ancestors, the Zinjanthropus Bosei. After continuing on our safari we also stop at a Maasai Boma(village) where you will get a chance to see the Maasai performing their traditional dances. You may even get a chance to join in! We will then proceed back to the world famous Serengeti National Park. Enjoy an overnight stay at Kati Kati Tented Camp.

Day 5 (Serengeti Full Day)
Rise early to enjoy an early morning game drive in the Serengeti. At sunrise you may encounter animals grazing in the beautiful light of sunrise and predators may still be busy hunting before retiring to rest for the day. Sunrise on the Serengeti is not to be missed and extraordinary photographic opportunities will abound at this magical time of day. You have the option to return to your accommodation for a hot lunch or to opt for a packed lunch which can be enjoyed at one of the various picnic sites found in the Serengeti. After lunch you will continue on a game drive. Around the time of dusk be on the lookout for lion. Cheetah can also be spotted on the plains in the early morning and late afternoon when temperatures are not too high. They rely on daylight and speed to catch their prey. Hippo pods can be seen in the bigger pools and rivers while crocodiles can be seen sunning themselves on the riverbanks. Return to Kati Kati Tented Camp for drinks and an overnight stay.

Day 6 (Serengeti – Kilimanjaro Airport)
After breakfast Enjoy en-route game drive in Serengeti towards to Kilimanjaro. Relax and enjoy the view before enjoying your evening lunch on the way. In the early afternoon we will start head towards Kilimanjaro Airport where you safari concludes.
